1. Brink all ingredients to a boil. Remove immediately and let sit for 5.
2. Fine strain (we have conical fine mesh strainers but a coffee filter in a funnel will do).
3. Let cool and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

How to make:
1. If its with booze, just add the booze and bitters to your favourite mug or double hulled vessel (the clear double hulled glasses are really fun as you can see the liquid).
2. Then add the hot cider. Add a quarter teaspoon of butter (we brown our butter and cool it but reg unsalted is fine).
3. Finally, grab an orange peel and express it (squeeze to release the oils over the mug) and drop in.
